Substrate Treatment
Epoxy Primer
Scraping Atomic Ash
Two Component Intermediate Paint
1K metallic paint, 1K solid paint
2K solid paint
Topcoat varnish
Polishing and waxing
1. Rust removal, oil removal, and old paint film removal 2. Thoroughly clean 3. Spray phosphating primer 4. Clean and let stand for half an hour
1 layer 10-18 microns Applicable surface: 1. Existing coatings on aluminum, steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel or zinc surfaces 2. Polyester laminate, wood or plywood, atomic gray.
1. Scrape atomic ash onto the surface of the car body to fill in surface defects 2. Scratch and apply multiple times on areas with deeper depressions to avoid sand holes and bubbles caused by excessive film thickness. 3. After the atomic ash solidifies, dry grind with P80 or P120 sandpaper. 4. According to the grade quality of the car body surface, atomic ash can be repeatedly scraped and coated multiple times to ensure a smooth and defect free surface.
2-layer 20-25 microns Spray method: Two layers of single layer or one layer plus one layer, with a 5-minute interval between each layer
2-layer 40-60 microns Spray method: One layer of mist spray, followed by two layers of wet spray, with an interval of 10-15 minutes between each layer
2-layer 40-60 microns Spray method: One layer of mist spray, followed by two layers of wet spray, with each layer spaced 10-15 minutes apart
1. First, use P1200 or P1500 sandpaper for water grinding to smooth out the dust particles on the surface of the paint layer. 2. Polish with coarse wax and remove the sandpaper grain to achieve a glossy and smooth paint surface. 3. Using polishing wax water for surface polishing and protection can maintain long-lasting luster.
